We gutted the whole house and replace all the electricity. This was a big project and it was necessary to find a GC who had previous experience in rebuilding a house damaged by fire. "I had rotting wood around my sliding glass door sill. After coming right out and assessing it, I was given a written quote withing a day. Everything was explained to me by phone. After me deposit, the project was started in little over a week. The workers presented well, were polite, and kept to task. I was kept appraised of their progress with pictures and videos of what they how found( a leaky aur conditioner near the door). All the rotting wood was removed as well as the mold. Everything was cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. The same crew was back at it the next day. The work was exceptional. Again I was kept appraised of their progress. The project was finished and another clean up was done very well."

Communication was thorough and proactive throughout, and they were responsive to our budget and creative about solving problems rather than defaulting to the most expensive fix.
