"We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Matt and his crew. We are very grateful for having them arriving on-time before the winter storm to prevent potential damage of the house. "My house needed to be repaired from a huge fire. I was looking for a GC that has extensive knowledge of fire damage. After multiple quotes, I chose WS Builders because the owner was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Wladimir assisted me from beginning to end. We gutted the whole house and replace all the electricity. This was a big project and it was necessary to find a GC who had previous experience in rebuilding a house damaged by fire. I am very please with Wladimir's work ethic and professionalism. He had a quick turnaround and communicated thoroughly to ensure that I fully understand what was going on during the project. I recommend using him if you are looking for somebody with years of experience. Regardless of what job it is, he has the subcontractors to ensure the job is completed in a timely manner."

"I had rotting wood around my sliding glass door sill. After coming right out and assessing it, I was given a written quote withing a day. Everything was explained to me by phone. After me deposit, the project was started in little over a week. The workers presented well, were polite, and kept to task. I was kept appraised of their progress with pictures and videos of what they how found( a leaky aur conditioner near the door). All the rotting wood was removed as well as the mold. Everything was cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. The same crew was back at it the next day. The work was exceptional. Again I was kept appraised of their progress. The project was finished and another clean up was done very well."

Let me start by saying Nick was very professional and well versed in his products, services & industry.   Nice guy all around who was easy to talk to and was a no pressure person, which I prefer.  Very responsive to any and all questions and was willing to offer up all the answers and information he could.  This was greatly appreciated.  

Now as a whole, I don't believe this is worth $49.  It was more of a sales pitch.  One of which I would suggest be offered for free of charge.  He did not inspect down spouts or exterior foundation, nor did he inspect window wells for leaks, etc.   He did check humidity levels and also go over thoroughly his suggested fixes to keep my basement dry and prevent any future issues, especially due to me wanting to finish it.  I pointed out my problem areas and he gave me solid recommendations. 

When and if I choose to install certain measures in my basement, I will absolutely consider this company, if not the service, definitely the products.   But this deal - not worth $49.  I'm sure you can get this for free if you call another vendor.  Regardless, this is tough as I did like Nick and all that he did do.  Just the $49 is why I gave pricing a C.  I think I wanted more of a drawn up/written plan.   He did send me a detailed estimate that same day.
