We had a standard exterior door replaced including widening of jam. Bob and partner completed the job in no more than three hours. Whatâ s even more impressive is willingness to follow-up and respond to concerns or questions. We had a minor adjustment required due to recent heat and door expansion for which Bob happily stopped by to fix in short order. Most contractors seem to avoid any extraneous activity or conversation, but Bob is extremely customer focused. I am excited to work with this team again for our next project!"

Each window had different issues I contacted them and they came and did an estimate for the work. They also explained exactly what work would be done. They were very thorough and transparent. They did the estimate in the fall and the work was scheduled in the spring. They came on the date that was scheduled, amazing! They were extremely reliable, and showed up for all work as scheduled.They did beautiful work. It is such a pleasure to be able to open all my windows!. Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Erin came to visit the next day to make sure everything was up to their standards and addressed any questions we had. Most certainly the best experience we've ever had with a home contractor.
