"Moises and his team did a fantastic job rebuilding the porches and stairs of my townhouse. He was easy to reach by phone, started the work when he said he would, did the work efficiently, and most importantly the work was very high quality and the new porches/stairs look great. I highly recommend him."

"These were some big projects that we undertook this past year. They came out great. The basement was a completely unfinished space with columns all throughout the middle of it. Now it is all living space and there are no columns in the way. The group put in a beam so the columns could come out. The decks look amazing. The siding work was dead on. We are now considering a an addition to our home because of how easy they made this whole thing. Thanks guys."

Gazebos questions, answered by experts

The average cost to build or install a gazebo is around $5,700, with prices typically ranging from $3,000 to $10,000. The final cost depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. For example, square gazebos and those made from metal can be more expensive, while brick is a more affordable material. Adding custom features like built-in seating or lighting will also increase the price. You can potentially save money by purchasing a prefabricated kit or performing some of the labor yourself.

To make the gazebo accessible, you can build a wheelchair pathway leading up to it. The path should be paved with a smooth surface for wheelchairs to roll through. A low curb should be placed along each side to ensure the wheelchair stays on the path. At the end of the path, build a wheelchair ramp connecting the gazebo.

Professionals ensure safe, thorough repairs using quality materials, extending the life of your structure.

Porticos last 25 to 60 years, depending on the material used. A portico’s roof typically matches the roof of the rest of the home and can be replaced simultaneously. Portico columns have a similar life span if properly maintained and regularly sealed. In some areas, harsh weather and extreme temperatures may cause a portico to wear more quickly.

Yes, many gazebos are permanent structures built onto the land. However, if you have a portable gazebo that isn’t secured to the ground, you’ll want to check the manufacturer’s instructions to understand when to put it away. Generally speaking, when it’s particularly windy or wet outside, you should take down your temporary gazebo.
