From the initial conversation to the end, Mark was very accommodating. He also gave us some idea as well. Originally he was going to have more guys to work on the lawn, but ended up having 2 guys working on it due to one other guy was not available. At first I was a bit skeptical on the progress, but at the end it turned out amazing. He even came over to check on the lawn a week after it was completed to make sure it's done correctly. "I want to start off by saying that M&L landscaping did an amazing job with my yard from start to finish. I contacted with Leo on Saturday and he was able to come by the house the next day. We walked through the yard and talked about ideas for a design for the front of the yard (add color the the landscape and reseed the grass) and also clean up the long neglected backyard. Leo was very friendly, made me feel confident in his feedback and comfortable to proceed with the project. Leo and his crew came the next week and finished the job over a three day period. Throughout Leo kept in touch about the progress of the project daily and made sure that we were happy with results thus far. At end of the project, I have to say my yard has never looked better. "We had a completely defunct lawn and had consulted with several lawn care specialist who recommended expensive sod. John can our saw my yard and my dog and suggested that sod was not best and that we could get a good result with hydro seeding. We now have a lush green lawn and I believe it is more likely to stay that way as it was home grown. How great to find someone who did not try to do the most expensive restoration but the most appropriate for our yard. He also took us to the nursery to find some new shrubs and installed these as well. We will be using his service for lawn care going forward."
