"After some digging got me an approved Navien heater with current Energy Star rating. Got $1100 back in rebates and tax credit. Did job quickly, removed previous heater and installed two other small items for me too. Put in condensate pump as well. All part of the price. Ben is an efficient, effective professional. we are a local major appliance repair company in business for almost 30 years . i have a fully stocked truck to ensure most calls can be finished in a timely mannor mostly on the first call. and for a price that you can afford. most calls are done on the same day . on washers dryers stoves ,refrig and dishwashers and disposals. we also repair ,viking stoves and bosh.

"Fridge stopped working. No lights, no functions at all. They arrived in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem as a dead fuse in a circuit board which required a new circuit board. After the job was completed, I looked it up online and replacing the fuse is not an easy fix, requiring some soldering, etc. The fridge is also working better now with the new board. Using fridge thermometers, it had to set the fridge compartment at 46° to get it at 37°, Now it's just a couple of degrees off. I'm really glad they fixed it, because I've read there's a nationwide shortage of large appliances the last several months. The repair guys were pleasant and professional."

"Signed contract on May 8 for deck build.On May 12 rep came to my office to collect deposit of apprx $13,000. He said project team meeting on Wed & would update me then on start date etc. On Fri May 16 I had to reach out to him. He wrote the team had met & materials were ordered. An hour later he wrote back that he was misinformed & that his boss was going to call me next week. Despite this, dep check cashed. On Mon 5. 20 rep wrote back that they had forgotten certain costs & to proceed it would be $8,000 more. Not a typo. $8,000 more. No apology. Ridiculous, contract rescinded. I wrote that he could return my deposit at my office just as he had collected it. On Wednesday the 21st I got a text from "Tom," presumably the owner/boss, saying he would "drop a check in the mail" to my address. Today is May 30th, Friday, and still no check. Check at a minimum should have been overnighted. They owe me interest not to mention the deposit to hire a contractor who will honor contract. Bad."
