"This was a window repair job. Yuriy made repairs on 11 windows as needed. After being told by other contractors that my windows could not be repaired and that parts could not be found to repair them, I was very grateful to find someone who could fix them! Yuriy arrived on time, was professional and cleaned up properly after himself. The price was quite fair and I am very pleased to have my window functioning and keeping out the cold air. Yay! April, in the office, initially allowed me to provide pictures and measurements in order to guide the determination of the appropriate size, thus eliminating the delay of waiting for someone to come out to measure. It was quickly determined that the size was a standard one and the panes were ordered that same day. The installers came out within the same week to install. They were professional and courteous ... and did an excellent job. They even cleaned the doors (both the two panes they repaired and the two they didn't) so that the entire glass wall looks absolutely clear."
