"I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew.  From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything.  I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time.  They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls.  There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate.  The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem.  The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great.  I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.

"I found Rattigan and Sons when I did a search on Angi for somebody to tear down the unattractive acoustic tile ceilings in the living room and dining room of my old house, and replace them with beautiful tin ceilings. And when I met her highly skilled carpenters Brandon and Kermit who came to do the work, I was so impressed - not only their experience and knowledge, but also with their communication and customer service skills which put me totally at ease and gave me complete confidence that they were the right people for the job. They explained everything they were doing, kept me informed as they went along and asked for my feedback, and if they identified a problem along the way they always had a solution to offer. However their abilities to really listen, empathize with my concerns as the homeowner , and make me feel that they cared about my home as much as I do and wanted me to be completely happy, were truly exceptional and can be very hard to find. And I am happy – my ceilings are now so beautiful! Jody, Brandon and Kermit were even willing to make adjustments when some unexpected scheduling changes occurred so that they actually finished the job ahead of schedule, and worked incredibly hard to do so. They clearly enjoy their work and take great pride in producing high quality results. By the time they left my home, they felt like family. I really cannot say enough good things about my experience with Rattigan and Sons and I will definitely be calling them again for future projects. You should too!"

"Yes the work was done. The two guys that came put in 7 windows and two big bay windows in one day. They did not even taken a break. They cleaned up the small pieces of scrap. Then one week later they came back and put in two new doors with the same professionalism when they did my doors."

"Brian came by to do an estimate on my roof.  He was real quick and didn't really care about explanations and showing me things. He quickly snapped a few photos of the inside of my attic roof, and had a book full of things. I asked if he'd like to sit in the dining room to show me these, and he was like "nah, it'll be quick". Did his speech and left. I inquired about a few other things and overall the experience was okay. I deduct points as I never heard from the guy again, so I went with a different roofer for my project.
It's odd that I never heard from them, because they called me every day for months, even after I told them I didn't own the house yet as they got my information from something I filled out when getting a mortgage. Nearly everyday they called... I got harassed constantly, then once I finally was looking to get work done, I never heard anything.
About 45 days later I got a call from someone who said he was the owner and wanted to come out and give me a discount off the quote I originally received. I never called back. 
They had a decent price compared to some of the other quotes I received, and would possibly consider calling them again when I get some windows replaced.

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
