"Bright's estimator arrived when scheduled, and responded within a week with a thorough written estimate and proposed terms. Initially, responses to my questions about the bid, submitted by e-mail and phone, went unanswered for several weeks, but as I was about to give up on this firm, Bright's manager responded to all the questions, apologized for the time lapse (due to a change in communications management), and agreed to a more competitive price. Subsequent communications were very responsive and we quickly negotiated and executed our contract without difficulty. We then agreed to start the job on a date that worked well for my schedule. Bright's painters began on schedule; carefully and skillfully repaired holes and cracks, primed walls and trim, and painted final coats to my satisfaction. Each day they arrived when promised, worked efficiently and carefully, and cleaned up in preparation for the next day. They responded quickly to my questions and requests, and made touch-ups whenever requested. Most days they worked 8 AM till nearly 5 PM with a lunch break, with a crew of two (three on a couple of days), and finished the job in just over two weeks.
