"Bright's estimator arrived when scheduled, and responded within a week with a thorough written estimate and proposed terms. Initially, responses to my questions about the bid, submitted by e-mail and phone, went unanswered for several weeks, but as I was about to give up on this firm, Bright's manager responded to all the questions, apologized for the time lapse (due to a change in communications management), and agreed to a more competitive price. Subsequent communications were very responsive and we quickly negotiated and executed our contract without difficulty. We then agreed to start the job on a date that worked well for my schedule. Bright's painters began on schedule; carefully and skillfully repaired holes and cracks, primed walls and trim, and painted final coats to my satisfaction. Each day they arrived when promised, worked efficiently and carefully, and cleaned up in preparation for the next day. They responded quickly to my questions and requests, and made touch-ups whenever requested. "Barn Rescue – My barn was hit by a vehicle, which broke a large post and pushed section of siding out from under the roofline, plus major damage at ground level. Brad shored it up for the winter with an array of jacks and an enormous chain to ensure the thing wouldn’t fall down till they could return in the spring. Come spring, they fully replaced the damaged section’s support members and facade, and added bracing to the attic, rendering it stronger than before. Foundation support: The sagging beams and jerry-rigged support columns in the dirt basement of our 18th century house were inadequate. They dug and poured a dozen footings and lally columns, supporting a line of new 6x6 and 9x9 beams that provide solid support to the house above. They showed up promptly every day, worked fast, and left the site clean and finished. Both Brad and Chad have a deep knowledge about old houses and the techniques that were used, and I felt my historic register property was in good hands."

"It went great. We were in good hands with the Ranieri family throughout the entire project. They are extremely reliable, diligent about keeping us informed about the process, and deeply knowledgeable about concrete deck installation and pool installation and care. Our 30+ year old 20x40 inground pool had crumbling old pavers around it and the pool plumbing needed replacing before we could put a deck in. The Ranieris were a one-stop-shop for this work. They replaced the plumbing, installed a new skimmer box, and poured a gorgeous curved edged 10' patio on one side and 4' deck around the rest of the pool. They are excellent communicators, keeping us informed all throughout the process and coordinated directly with our electrician to get the new ground wire installed and permitted before they poured. No hiccups at all with this process. This work happened this spring 2022, so there were supply and delivery issues with concrete that are outside of the contractor's control. From our perspective, the wait wasn't too bad, and the Ranieris kept us informed every step of the way. Their work is both art and science. We love what they built for us. We would hire the Ranieris for any future projects, and we highly recommend them."
