"Ari threw out two old doors, installed an interior door and a storm door (insulating the wall around the door to keep the cold out), repaired a leaking ceiling that was caused by a rotted gutter that he repaired and cleaned out the gutters around the whole house. It’s highly recommended to use studs for a TV mount. The last thing you want is to be watching your favorite show when the TV falls off the wall.
