The owner of K. B. Guidetti, Keith, and his technician, along with an electrician showed up on time, on the promised original date, They performed the necessary electrical work needed for the installation. Then Keith and his technician installed the 2 systems which were pretty high. The outside heat pumps also had to be hung high on the house due to flooding issues. It was a very cold, windy day down near the ocean, but they never complained about the weather. They were all very professional and kept informing me of their progress as the job went on. They took the time to explain all of the details and didn't rush me through the process. They were exceptionally clean - you would never know they were in my house after the installation of the 2 systems. There's a good reason why Keith Guidetti is a Diamond Mitsubishi installer.

I just wanted to cool the Family room off. We had curtains hanging acting like thermo blanket between our kitchen and this room. This room was hot in the summer and cold in the winter because it was a converted Florida room with a vaulted ceiling and crawl space underneath. I have been doing research on MR. Slim because there was no labor intensive duct work.
I called K B GUIDETTI MECHANICAL and spoke to Sandy who was very friendly and easy to talk to. I was surprised she said Keith could come by that weekend, in the middle of a sweltering heat wave. When he thought he was going to be late for the estimate because my address was not showing up on his GPS Sandy called and said Keith might be a little late. He made it right on time.
When Keith came to do a proposal my Family Room he was prompt and professional.
During his walk through he explained that his unit could not only cool my Family Room but my Kitchen and Living Room as well.
The other rooms were currently being cooled by one of those portable AC units that are on wheels.
I was very suspicious of that statement because it seemed to good to be true. He then told me for not much more I could add a heat pump to warm this room and area in the winter. We have a fireplace insert but it would be nice to have an economical back and not to have to stoke the fireplace before we go to work.

I was quoted $3950 for a Mr. Slim AC / Heat Pump. I really did not think it would cool the entire area he said but I thought I would give it a try. Well, still that in the middle of that heat wave, they came the next weekend to install the system.
The arrived right on time and were more than friendly and very professional as well. They were so cautious of the dust they were creating they held a vacuum as they were cutting / drilling in to the wall.
They took the time to explain the remote and how to perform the minimal maintenance on the unit.
They completed the job in 3 hours. Keith told me they did not use the pad he quoted I would not be charged for it. I would have never known the difference if he did not tell me. So the final price was $100 less than I expected to pay!
The unit works better than Keith said it would.
If my Mother lived nearby I would recommend this company to her.
