"5 star service from Steve Kenny and Jimmy. Steve assessed the project in advance on site to completion. Kenny and jimmy were great. Kenny the master electrician who installed and mounted tv on red brick fireplace plus installed Sonos soundbar. Kenny was able to conceal wiring perfectly. A great Team to work with."

"I am a new customer of Phalan Construction. entirely pleased with the quality of services delivered. I hired Bob to reattach a fallen roof shingle, wall-mount a clothes rack, and power wash and stain my rear deck. As various as these jobs were, each was promptly and efficiently done to a high standard. Bob's charges were transparent and fair, and he was also a pleasant guy to have working around the house. "I hired Bertie to repair some ceilings in my kitchen, living room, and bathroom. He did a really nice job and left the house tidy when it was all said and done. He was responsive to my calls, and very friendly and professional. The work looks great and I've already recommended him to a friend. He is definitely a plaster guy I'd call in the future."

"EXCELLENT SERVICE! Ari was amazing. He arrived on time during a giant snowstorm last week to install a washing machine and stayed until the job was done and cleaned up the site perfectly. Then he came back this week to install the dryer when I asked. I would hire him again in one second and would recommend him to all! He knows everything there is to know about all household construction, appliances, electric, you name it! Great personality, too."
