It was a bit awkward for me and my wife because the two of them obviously disagreed about the whole thing, but in the end they handled it well. I paid an extra $100 because of the mixup because clearly i got a great deal anyway. Would recommend to anyone, at least for basic kitchen plumbing work!"

But the good thing about that is everyone gets to read a review with an update 1.5 years later on the quality of the work completed! In late 2020 I had recently moved into my new home and the gas water heater wasn't working properly. It was leaky and at least needed the pressure relief valve replaced, but the tank was well past it's expected lifetime. The techs were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The valve replacement wasn't going to work because repairing the tank could damage it further, so the tank was replaced instead. The price was very reasonable and installation was done really well. They did a great job with cleanup too! One and a half years later and the tank has had zero issues! I would definitely recommend them for heavy jobs like this or more simple ones around the house.
