"They inspected the chimney from up on the roof, something that the chimney sweeps that had been cleaning the chimney since 2016, when we first moved in, had never done. They took pics and showed us how the lining of the chimney was collapsing and it had been in this state for a long time. So in addition to cleaning the chimney, they also replaced the lining inside it. It was an expense I didn't expect, but we use the fireplace a lot and it needed to be done."

"They did a beautiful job, in the three hours promised. My garden looks so much cleaner! They responded to our request within a week, and scheduled our service for the next day. I had paid for 1 cubic yard of mulch, and the first thing they determined was that we needed 4 cubic yards. We discussed the work I wanted done, and we negotiated what we agreed was a fair price. I made some particular requests, since we prefer not to use a gas mower or edger, and they did everything they could to fulfill the requests. I also wanted to make sure that they didn't pull up my plants when they were weeding. i was so happy, we've scheduled them to return again for the fall clean-up. We are very satisfied.
