"It went very well. My only complaint was that there was not literature (warranty, maintenance instructions, etc.) that came when they installed it. They said that it would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."

"I only wished I had ordered a larger awning."

"They have a large selection of fabric designs and colors for awnings."

"The work was done very professionally, within reasonable time and both installers where very friendly, professional and experienced."

"The awning installation went smoothly and seems to be working okay. The privacy fence came apart in 24 hrs. in moderate winds. It was repaired, but was left with a cracked framework. Several calls later, a repairman came back and replaced the framework. The framework should not have been left as finished with cracks in it in the first place, but I'm happy to say it's fixed now."

"Excellent friendly service! Easy to order the color awnings and brackets and was quickly delivered and installed! Excellent company!!"

"Bob Phalan is an exceptionally experienced and talented craftsman. He is very astute in his analysis and project planning with a very strong work ethic. Bob explained in detail what he needed to do to rebuild our front door awning and posts while maintaining the integrity of the original awning and masonry in place. Bob stayed in communication every step of the way and worked very hard to create a beautiful and strong front door awning and support posts for our home. We are very happy with the finished product and will most definitely call Phalan Construction and Handyman to work on our future home projects. We highly recommend, without hesitation, Phalan Construction and Handyman. We rate it 10 out of 10!!!"

"Reliable New England Craftsmanship has been a great pleasure to work with during the design and construction of our new deck. Their attention to detail is outstanding. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the results!"
