"The contract was signed in August of 2018, the customer at the time appeared very friendly and told us there was no rush. We applied for the building permit which took longer than expected we had to provide necessary drawings and such. After the project was complete the customer did call to explain there were some issues of leaking happening, every time she called we filled out a service call request to have it addressed. After inspection of the roof it was determined that our installer did properly install flashing but the ice & water shield did not adhere properly thus causing water to leak in and we did fix the issue. We installed a screen porch with plexiglass inserts with frames (not windows) in each opening on porch and we try to make them as snug as possible to prevent too much water from leaking in. The customer felt they were too hard to get in and out so we did go back and cut them down a little bit and labeled them so they get re-installed in the appropriate openings in the future. Keep in mind this is a screen porch and it is not water tight, this was explained to the customer. We were in a busy time of year and short handed on installers so the process did take longer than expected until the problems were resolved. We provided a few products at no additional charge to the customer and we apologize on behalf of our company and stride to improve on every project."
Its been a fiesta with those windows...Every week since then i have called to find out that it would take another week and another week and another week.Today is the 06/08 Monday and i called this morning.Guess what?It won't be ready until the end of the week "may be".Last week was a different story - the delivery guys broke the glass inside of the truck.Ok..I am still waiting.I do not know the quality of their work because its just looooong loooong wait.
Would very highly recommend them.
There was a delay on installation.
Awning had to be ordered and Mr. Fishman had to unter to surgery.
The installers did a very good job !
We were pleased !!
