We do not send our team out in the rain due to safety on ladders. We wish you the best with your awnings. Sorry, you were not happy with our timing and providing the service free of charge."
"We're sorry for the delays regarding your project. When you became upset we were still within our time frame we provided at the beginning of the project. We were trying to receive your final approvals on the graphics. We need to do this electronically via email so we are all on the same page so there is no miscommunication and misinterpretation resulted in further delaying the production and also in the installation of the awnings. We would like to work with you on this so please call back or email us your approval, so we can get the project done. We try our best to work with our customers resulting in full satisfaction from start to finish. Without your approval, we cannot schedule your installation.
