I love my awning, but can't say the same for the customer service, that is what my 1 star rating is for. Salesperson sold me the awning and then never heard from him again, but he was quick to send me an email when payment was due. There was no follow-up after installation to check if all was ok. The installers made additional holes in my siding, plugged them up with silicone and left without telling me what they had done. I noticed the holes in the siding after the installers left and called the sales person, who had no customer service skills whatsoever! Installers came back to get a sample of the siding and have it matched in a "lab". This was 5 months ago and still nothing. Had I known the service would be like this I would have never given Marygrove my money.
