It was fantastic. They did a marvelous job. I absolutely would use them again.

I used them for the first time in 2007. They did a fabulous job. I really like them. I have used them periodically over again. Louis is an extremely fine craftsman and I found Chris easy to work with and they are always very fair. They are trustworthy. They are not the least expensive around but I am not sure that is what I want in my house, the quality. They did all the wood paneling in my library. They recently just put in an additional extension on my house. They arranged to redo my kitchen. I had a lot of little things that needed to be done around the outside of the house. They refinished my bathroom.

I had a contract that was specifically for replacing windows.  I kept saying to Chris that I don't want any changes and I wanted everything the same.  I specificed that I wanted Marvin Windows and I wanted them to be the same size of the other windows that were already in the house.  When the windows came they were the wrong size and they started to install the larger windows.  I told them to halt the work and then I even offered to pay a portion to get the right size windows, so I paid half.  They got new windows and they were still the wrong size.  Now my shutters don't fit, the awnings don't fit right, and I can't even use my storm windows.  The furniture in my home now doesn't fit correctly between the windows either because they are bigger than the previous windows.  The bottom line is that I hired them to do the work and now nothing fits anymore because they put in the wrong size windows.   

The painting that was done was supposed to be painted on and I was very specific about them not spraying the paint on.  The house just doesn't even look right and the painting is not consistent.  They also installed some shingling on the siding and the rows are wavy and it stands out.
