"We were in need of new windows and siding for our home. We did some research and asked friends for recommendations. One company kept coming up - Beantown. We contacted Beantown and scheduled an estimate. Jim Delprete came out and sat with us and talked about all the options we had for siding and windows. He was very transparent with the pricing and everything it included. After careful conisderation, we decided to with Beantown. Jim made us feel very comfortable with our decision. Each step of the process was expertly scheduled. The installers arrived on time (and sometimes early!) and were the extremely professional. The job site was cleaned up every night. Jared and his crew installed the new windows. They carefully put down plastic sheeting to minimize any dust and debris. They expertly removed the old windows and installed the new ones. They did this with professionalism and as minimal of interuption as they could. Estuardo and his crew installed the new siding. They were an amazing team. They worked from 7am and some nights did not leave until almost 6pm. They were courteous and professional. We were amazed at how clean the job site was every night before they left. Every day they showed up ready to work and with a smile. We cannot say enough great things about Beantown. We could have gone with someone cheaper, but we knew we would not get the quality and craftsmanship that we got by hiring Beantown."

"We hired Ronaldo from Serpa Home Improvement to reside our house with James Hardie lap siding and replace a custom French doors to our deck. It was the biggest project we have ever done and we are so glad we went with Ronaldo. His guys came everyday and worked long hours to get my project completed in about 3.5 weeks. My reason to hire Ronaldo is because heâ s listed on the Hardie website as a certified installer. When I observed his guys working, they did everything to James hardieâ s specs such as installing flashing in every butt joint, sealing every cut with paint, leaving proper gap from chimney/roof line, nailing the siding to studs, caulking the right places, etc. My wife is designer and wanted the trim for the windows, doors and dormers to be done a certain way. She showed Ronaldo her mock-ups and his guys were very meticulous and able to build them exactly to her drawings! If you are considering installing hardie or have anything done to your house, I highly recommend Serpa Home Improvement!"

In the end we hired Remodel or Renew home Improvement. The professionalism and care they showed us in the bidding process transferred to the install. JR and his team also made sure, for each key piece of the project, that products were installed as I wanted them and that I was pleased with their progress. The team removed a vanity and granite countertops, installed a new bathroom vanity, installed LVT flooring in 2 bathrooms with transitions to meet the existing wood floors, installed new toilets, and then painted ceilings, doors, trim, and walls.
