They installed wrong color. They are coming to do it over again. However it is my time and tp have the mess again and need to be here for the day is a pain and inconvenient.

I understand the companie s business model of having a site supervisors working multiple sites at the same time, but in this case, the site supervisor was never present and the sagging roof was never repaired, precisely because he was not available to direct the work properly. The company has been making excuses which only serve to obfuscate the simple answer which is to have site supervisors on site doing the job.

We recently hired Couto Construction to replace 15 windows and 2 doors. They used Pro Via, a USA company that manufactures top-quality products. We could not be more pleased with our new windows and doors. Our old drafty windows/doors are gone, replaced by beautiful Pro Via windows and doors that are so easy to clean and operate. Brendan, Josimar, and Marcelo did a great installation job. They are expert installers and kept everything clean at the end of each day. Brendan is also an excellent project foreman, he explained what would happen each day and made sure that we were happy throughout the process. This is our second major project using Couto (roof in 2020) and they have exceeded our expectations both times. They always answer the phone, always return calls, and always communicate any updates. The employees we have worked with are hard-working, knowledgeable, and just all-around nice people.

Andy was fantastic from the planning to sending up to the minute pictures to the end when he did a walk around the property to make sure our roof installation was 100% and that cleanup was successfully performed. Andy was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had.

Thorough, professional , efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Roof looks great. Also replaced some trim. Finished roof in one day! Sean Mckenna was outstanding.
