"My wife and I moved into our home in the spring of 2022. Our house is 20 years old and it was our dream to redo our kitchen. We had no experience working with contractors before and when we asked around our neighborhood for recommendations, Perry Brothers came up over and over. We came up with a wish list which required renovating the kitchen, taking down walls, refinishing and replacing floors on the first and second floor, putting in a beam and crown molding and repainting large pieces of our home. (A tall order) Perry brothers sent over Mike Hathaway to lead our project. This guy redefines professional. He helped in every step of the process. He helped plan, price, schedule and execute our vision. My wife and I were worried about budget and timing, and Mike made sure we were always heard and taken care of. He is truly a can do person and was super kind in the face of any of our anxieties. The work Perry Brother performed is nothing short of remarkable. To say we were surprised at the end product is an understatement. In a time where interest rates are extremely high, making the most of your home is extremely important. My wife and I have a one year old and another one due in March. After all the work we did, it really feels like we had a chance to put our fingerprint down and we would highly recommend working with Perry Brothers again. Thank you very much to the full team and especially Mike. When we plan to redo our basement they will be the first call."

"Master Bathroom Remodel. Last fall we decided to remodel our master bathroom. The original design was implemented in the early 90’s and included a huge jacuzzi tub, but with todays higher cost of living and efforts to conserve our natural resources, it was no longer practical. Also, the small, rectangular bathroom had a jacuzzi tub which was a space robber that sacrificed areas for actual bathroom necessities such as storage and counter space. A full remodel was totally warranted! As a designer, I knew that the floor plan would remain the same for the most part because the plumbing is already there and there are a few electric sockets to move around as well. The shower is small, and kept in place. It will be retiled (with a built-in niche to hold shampoo and soap bottles) with a new door and new shower fixtures. The whole bathroom will be torn out to the studs, and replaced with new cabinets and finishes. I went to a kitchen designer with my ideas to make a conceptual layout and elevations so that I would get measurements of what I wanted as an end product. I had all the materials ordered and ready to go. I now needed someone to implement the job. I get several bids on the project and we settled on Jeff Veglia. He provided us with a competitive price and was very helpful during his first onsite consultation. We found him to be down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and receptive to our ideas and needs, so we felt very comfortable choosing him to do the work. From deconstruction to finish, the whole project ran smoothly and on time. The price he quoted us was the price he performed the work for. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. His crew and sub-contractors were friendly, courteous, professional, and very respectful of us and our home; especially during these trying times with Covid issues. All the rough work and finishes were completed with the utmost professionalism, talent and an eye for detail. We felt comfortable in our home with his entire crew. We thoroughly recommend Jeff Veglia and his crew for any project you can dream up! They more than made every effort to have our project turn out as we specified. Jeff was available for every one of our calls and questions. We enjoyed the remodeling experience with this company and we are totally pleased with the results and cost. "Our project consisted of the conversion of two bedrooms and a spare room into a Primary Suite, with Bedroom, Bathroom, walk-in closet and separate laundry. From the moment we started to the finish, we were continually in awe of the coordination with and by Ryan, the pleasure of working with his top tier crew and subs, and the finished product. As the start date approached, Ryan made the decision to start two weeks early, in consideration of finishing prior to Thanksgiving. He dealt easily with unique questions from the local Historical Committee, and finished the project exactly on schedule. Our house is over 100 years old, and we were interested in maintaining the charm, while providing all the modern amenities. The result is outstanding, and due in large part to the inputs from Ryan and his team. Our tile and shower install by Lance is perfect. Original doorknobs were retrofitted onto every new door. Where doorways into adjacent rooms were removed – you can’t tell they were ever there. Josh from Charbot Electric showed us some options, and the resulting lighting and electric solutions adapted perfectly. New plumbing was run using existing chase-ways through the house that resulted in significantly less contingency and really clean work. We watched in admiration as Dale cut out a section of wall with one hand and sucked up any dust with a vacuum in his other hand. And the wall repair later is invisible. We happily converted heat from hybrid baseboard and radiator steam to just baseboard. And it was finished off in grand form with wallpaper by Tim, and matched to the house new or refinished hardwood floors by Drago. We enjoyed our interaction with every person assigned to our project, and had zero negative interactions over three months. Cost mattered to us. We met with several builders, several of whom told us it was too complicated to make any commitments. Ryan, after some thought and a fresh design, presented a fair and reasonable proposal to a complex job with several unknowns. Contingencies were controlled. We certainly exceeded the amenity allowance in order to maintain the charm and meet our vision, but overall, we got an awesome return on our investment and every decision was our own. We anticipate another major project in two years. We will not call anyone but Ryan Norman and his team of consummate professionals."

"Rich was very professional and super responsive to questions we had. His program shows actual pictures as to how the design will look - which is brilliant, since at times it's hard to imagine how something will look, when just seeing it on paper. His work ethic and responsive truly shows he cares about his customers! Although the actual construction will not happen for a while, we can't wait to see the design come to life."

"Humberto and his team were terrific! They refinished the walls in 3 rooms of our house and their work was top notch. They removed wallpaper, sanded, plastered and painted our walls so that now they look pristine. I asked them if they could put in new doors and they did a great job with that too. I would refer this team to friends and family and will be using them again for other projects."

"Monique, Eduardo and their team were amazing to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. They did an incredible job on my house renovation. Everything was organized efficiently making it easy and hassle-free. They took care of it all: plumbing, electrical, painting, floor sanding and finishing, carpentry, guttering repairs, etc. The project was on budget and on schedule. The whole team were professional, courteous and punctual. They went above and beyond to make a 160 year old house look beautiful."

"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"We are very pleased with the results. Diorio Builders and Designers have been a great company to do business with. Derrick and James were exceptionally professional through the whole process. I would definitely hire them again."

"We hired Lux Renovations, LLC to do our basement finishing project including a bathroom with shower stall recently. We chose Lux mainly because of their Owens Corning Wall System for the basement area which is uniquely different from any other type of wall in that they are modular, mildew resistant, donâ t need painting and looked very elegant. Lux team completed the whole project in just under 5 weeks exactly as promised during our discussions with their in-home design consultant, who came up with an optimal design to use most of the available space in our small basement area. Lux team worked very meticulously from day-1 paying close attention to every little detail. Their Project Manager kept the whole project moving along smoothly throughout without any unforeseen long delays in-between. Overall, Lux Renovations team did an awesome job! We are very happy with our new basement which we now use as our Entertainment and Exercise room. I would highly recommend Lux Renovations, LLC with their Owens Corning Basement Finishing System to anyone who is considering finishing their basement! -Siva from Billerica, MA"
