"We had a great experience with this company. They cleaned our chimney, installed a new chimney liner, replaced the necessary parts, and put on a new chimney cap. The entire process was professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Eric was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They left the area clean and made sure everything was working safely before they left. We really appreciated their honesty, quality workmanship, and affordable pricing. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable chimney repairs or maintenance!"

"Very happy with my experience. Although they were a little late on arrival, their office continued to call me with updates on their arrival time. Steve and Carlos started with a chimney cleaning but we soon realized the liner in the chimney was crumbling. They took pictures and videos of the inside of the chimney to explain the problem. Since it was a serious problem, they put in a new liner and stayed until after 9PM to get the job done. Steve and Carlos were professional, efficient and they cleaned up at the end of the job. Highly recommend."

"Travis is very knowledgeable in his field of work. Answered all my questions. Did an inspection of my chimney. And informed me that the people who installed my chimney liner did not do it by code. Told me what I should do to get everything up to code."

"Duran removed my old gas fireplace, ran a new 6-inch insulated liner down the chimney, (which was not easy, the flue needed to be opened up a bit in certain spots). He rebuilt and repointed my upper chimney, waterproofed it, and installed an amazing new wood burning fireplace, that we are loving! He came out to the house, estimated the job for free. His price was thousands less than the competitors (others charged $250 just to come out and estimate) Duran was professional, honest, clean, hardworking and affordable. If you're getting chimney work done, you are crazy if you don't call this guy. I highly recommend. R"

"We had our chimney capped. The guys from 5-Star showed up on time, their quote was competitive (and very fair), and they were ready to do the work the same day, which they did. They did a couple of extras for us and cleaned everything up before they left. Damon sat down with us to show us pictures of what we needed done and then pictures of what it looks like now. Great Customer Service! One day - Done! And the best part: lifetime warranty on the cap! Highly recommend 5 Star Chimney Service!!"

They performed an inspection on my wood-burning fireplace, explained everything that needed to be done before the upcoming winter, and made sure I understood the condition of my chimney. "Living on Cape Cod & the islands limits us with options. I tried to get quotes from local vendors but was told my chimney is to large for their capabilities. Kings Masknary can by for an estimate and was able to diagnose the issues and put a plan in to fix it immediately. I was impressed that they worked thru a weekend in the cold to fix my problem. They did exactly what they said they would do and guaranteed their work for 20 years. What more could you ask for. Was great working with them and would call them again but now . What a great feeling to know that if there is an issue, they will stand by their work."
