"I called on a Saturday afternoon expecting to leave a message. Rich not only answered but he showed up the same afternoon. He spent 2.5 hours working on a drain clog causing washing machine to overflow. Rate was very fair. He had to come back another day as first try did not solve. "Budget Dry installed a sump pump about 6 hears ago. They have serviced the pump and batteries once a year. We already had drainage pipes in our basement and an inexpensive sump pump. After one of the hurricanes, they extended the drainage to other parts of the basement including near the furnace. They also installed a commercial sump pump with a battery back up. Since then we have had no problems with water in the basement. They only expanded our existing pipes. Other companies gave us estimates to redo everything at a much higher cost. Other companies also included estimates to redo the entire basement. They are efficient."
