"They built new steps for us. They were communicative and responsive. The steps are fantastic. They even noted some structurally unsound parts of our porch and made reasonable quotes for this work as well. The job took a little longer than we expected but they were always up front with delays and proactive in letting us know about the delay."

Firstly, their cost-estimation was spot-on (you may know that a common game among contractors is to ‘low ball’ you to win the work and then gouge you later in with all sorts of adders.
