"The overall project appeared to have proceeded well. They are the roofing experts, not me. So, I did not get in their way. I let them do what they had to do. At the end of project I had to bring to their attention that: ^the driveway side of my house, where the debris trailer was placed, had to be cleaned because there were black tar marks on it, * they also had to vacuum out the crawlspace and hallway where the roof access hatch is. * they also needed to remove debris from my front lawn, and sweep up the gravel and dust from my driveway and back yard, all which came from the rooftop at they were removing the old roof. I was at this time i told Ron I was withholding $360. from the final payment, because his carpenter had done a very poor job replacing the front corner roof soffit."

"This went great! Fay and Bert run a family painting business, but also perform their work to a very high quality. You notice that they take a lot of pride in their work, which is something I value. We had just remodeled our living room and it contained a very large amount of molding, trim, columns, and an elaborate custom fireplace surround. The work was left unpainted on purpose because we wanted to get a highly skilled and experienced painter to really do nice job on all of the intricate work. They were able to get the job scheduled and completed by the end of June which was a big deadline for us. They came buy to assess the job and offer a quote in early June. They use high quality materials and work fast. They offered advice where necessary and stuck to the original plan/scope of the project. I really appreciate this as well. They were very professional, cleaned up well, and also friendly and polite.
