Juan and his team did a fantastic job replacing our roof and gutters. They also did a great job repointing and capping my chimneys. Highly professional, when we requested an appointment for an estimate, Juan responded to our email the same day. He and his assistant showed up on time for the appointment and were extremely prepared with samples and offering great suggestions for the work. Juan was prompt delivering the estimate and did not pressure while we took our time getting other estimates. During the appointment, he was able to show all documentation and licensing on his tablet which was quite impressive. This was done without prompting. It was great experience, they completed job in the exact timeframe stated and always arrived on time and left our property clean. I highly recommend Sunrise Exteriors.

SunRise was excellent to deal with. When Juan came out to give me an estimate, he walked through the whole project with me. He showed me the products used and explained the quality of the products. He also explained how the roof was going to be stripped and how the new products would be installed. Juan gave me a time frame when his crew would show up and what to expect when they did. The crew showed up on time and took care of my property by cleaning up everything when they were done.

The best decision I made was hiring Sunrise Roofing they have a hard working crew. The most important thing about this company is that they use the newest technology just like other large company like Longs Roofing and NewPro Windows and Roofing, both of these company educated me on how a roof should be installed with Massachusetts changing weather patterns and ice dams. Sunrise Roofing uses the same technology at a more reasonable and fair price. Longs Roofing uses pressure tactics to get you to sign that day and NewPro Windows and Roofing price was just as outrageous, after shopping around I knew I received the best price from Sunrise Roofing. And it helps to know that I am supporting locate businesses in my community.
