Others have been large (painting an entire condo, for example.). But what really distinguishes Bob's work from that of others is his ability to apply his ingenuity when a solution is not obvious. For example, he had to figure out how to construct enhancements to the exterior of my home to prevent insect penetration and nesting of birds in circumstances where there was no "off the shelf" solution available and his original creations have been quite successful. In addition, he is a pleasure to work with. He is definitely my "go-to" guy for all sorts of handyman work."

"Bertie was extremely responsive from the initial contact and through out the job. He came on Saturday morning to check out the job and give an estimate.  He said he'd be there at 9, he was there at 8:55.  We had to replace a bathroom ceiling fan, which caused damage to the old plaster/wire popcorn finish ceiling. It was a small job but he was fine with that. He was able to schedule the for Monday. He should up again early and set straight to work. He put down drop cloths in the bathroom, prepped the ceiling and started patching it up. He was professional, courteous, friendly and highly knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him and hope to use him again soon for another larger project.
