Dan from Lighthouse Exterminators saved our day (and home) from a pest problem and was kind, communicative, and patient explaining the ins-and-outs of the problem and solution. We appreciated his generosity, humor, and attention to detail. On service he went above and beyond, willing to take an intake call on a summer Saturday. Even before he came to our apartment, he also gave us strategies to help manage the problem and arrived as soon as our schedule permitted. Upon arrival, Dan's service was prompt, efficient, and he patiently handled our millions of questions. One final note. As pet parents, sometimes it can be scary to hire exterminators but he left us completely reassured our home would be safe for both humans and pets (and free of pests). I'm so happy we used Lighthouse Exterminators and will use Dan in the future if we ever encounter a bug problem again.

Dan did a great job finding all of the places mice where getting into my condo and filling them up. I've had two other pest exterminators and neither were as thorough as Lighthouse Exterminators.

Removed basement insulation infested with mice nests and droppings. Did exclusion remediation around the perimeter of the home to prevent the mice from entering. Removed all debris and left the basement sanitized and spotless when completed. Kept me informed about work schedule and performed follow-up two week after the work. I’d recommend Dan to my family and friends for any extermination needs.

Dan was super quick to respond and was able to come address our rodent problem the very next day, despite it being a holiday weekend. He was very reassuring, personable, and thorough during the inspection. We have not seen any major mouse activity since his visit - fingers crossed that it stays that way!

Dave was FANTASTIC- he was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the rodent issue. He was informative and not pushy. His services come with unlimited return visits until the problem is gone. There’s no poison spray (for rodents) - he’s all about blocking all access points, then placing the anti-rodent deterrent away from sight and any access from pets or kids. His products are safe and he is happy to tell you all of the details on the industry requirements of his products,

Dan, the owner, came on time and finished off the job quickly. He was considerate and told me to stay indoor instead of following him to the backyard. Dan sprayed the affected area several times to effect a good result.

We had been having ant problems in our house and garage. For years we bought treatments from Home Depot and it would make things better, but the ants always came back. Spoke with Dan and he is a wealth of knowledge. He put together a plan and regiment for us to follow over time and BOOM! No more ants. Like gone for good!!

He answered our call and arrived the following day, right on time. Dan was extremely professional and courteous.
