Ron was the first to call, although he could not come that day (went to Pats game, who can blame him) he gave me some very helpful advise to start diagnosing the problem. As promise he did come Monday morning and was very thorough in evaluating the problem. We worked on a resolution together, set a plan in place, order parts together. He said he would be back on Thursday to replace main breaker, he actually called on Wednesday to say he can come a day early to fix the panel! Work is all done, very reasonable, very accommodating. So happy I connected with Ron, would HIGHLY recommend Ron for any electrical service/repair/install. I'm keeping his card, I'll be calling him again for any service I may need in the future! Thanks Ron!"

"Before installing a mini-split, the sales person told me that I'd need to cut down an interior shelf to a specific height. I paid a handyman $400 to do exactly what the sales person instructed. Later on, N.E.T.R. came and did the installation; however, AFTER the installation, a technician told me that they hadn't accounted for the vent opening and closing and that the shelf would need to be further cut down. As you can imagine, this type of service is rather ridiculous. If they knew that the shelf would need further cutting, they should have NOT installed the unit. I have called N.E.T.R. six (6) times in three weeks, and no one has called me back about this issue. After paying for the unit and for a handyman, it's ridiculous that I have AC that is compromised because no one with the company thought to properly measure the space so that the work by the handyman could be done once. At this point, I'd like for N.E.T.R. to take care of this for me."

No other parts were needed for this repair, I researched what is involved. I was charged almost $1000, including their $89 diagnostic fee just to walk in the door. So apparently it's a $600+/hour labor rate? I'm obviously in the wrong line of work. This was not an off hours emergency call either, it was a scheduled appointment in the middle of a weekday. The shadiest part of the entire thing was that on the invoice (that they email you later) they bury all the cost, it's not itemized i.e. labor vs parts cost. It just says replaced (part) = $1000. A super scummy and shady way to run a "professional" business, taking advantage of people who don't know any better. I wouldn't be surprised if they also sell used cars. Never again Gervais. You've all been warned."
