Also she said I only needed a smaller unit then I thought was needed. Her pricing was well within. The range I was expecting. Now unfortunately, we had a medical emergency, and I had to hold off on install. She understood and promptly gave me a refund. Once I am back on my feet she will be called to do the installation. "I could not recommend Mike enough. He cleaned our oil furnace, conducted CO safety tests, diagnosed an issue with one of our old radiators, and installed a smart thermostat, all for a fair price. He's friendly, diligent, prompt, communicative, and careful. We also appreciated the extremely detailed documentation he put together at the end of the project to cover the costs and work done. While we had quite a bit of unexpected work (which comes with living in an older house), Mike was transparent about what was urgent versus what could wait for later projects.
