Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Matt and his crew. We are very grateful for having them arriving on-time before the winter storm to prevent potential damage of the house. "We hired EA Masonry a year ago to rebuild the 12 step stone stairway with a landing from the driveway to the sidewalk around the house and the three steps to the front door. The workmanship was excellent so we accepted their bid to reconstruct the patio behind the house and build a walkway in the side garden. Once again the workmanship was excellent, from the removal of the old patio to the establishment of a superior base and the design and meticulous installation of a three-piece paver pattern. What separates the work of these masons is the attention to detail and the extra touches they bring to the job, not to mention their dependability and professionalism. They completed the job in a week. Beyond all that the are nice guys, my wife insists they’re artists."

"I had rotting wood around my sliding glass door sill. After coming right out and assessing it, I was given a written quote withing a day. Everything was explained to me by phone. After me deposit, the project was started in little over a week. The workers presented well, were polite, and kept to task. I was kept appraised of their progress with pictures and videos of what they how found( a leaky aur conditioner near the door). All the rotting wood was removed as well as the mold. Everything was cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. The same crew was back at it the next day. The work was exceptional. Again I was kept appraised of their progress. Let me start by saying Nick was very professional and well versed in his products, services & industry.   Nice guy all around who was easy to talk to and was a no pressure person, which I prefer.  Very responsive to any and all questions and was willing to offer up all the answers and information he could.  This was greatly appreciated.  

Now as a whole, I don't believe this is worth $49.  It was more of a sales pitch.  One of which I would suggest be offered for free of charge.  He did not inspect down spouts or exterior foundation, nor did he inspect window wells for leaks, etc.   He did check humidity levels and also go over thoroughly his suggested fixes to keep my basement dry and prevent any future issues, especially due to me wanting to finish it.  I pointed out my problem areas and he gave me solid recommendations. 

When and if I choose to install certain measures in my basement, I will absolutely consider this company, if not the service, definitely the products.   But this deal - not worth $49.  I'm sure you can get this for free if you call another vendor.  Regardless, this is tough as I did like Nick and all that he did do.  Just the $49 is why I gave pricing a C.  I think I wanted more of a drawn up/written plan.   He did send me a detailed estimate that same day.
