I had a huge problem with birds living (and clogging) my gutters. Edward came and evaluated the situation within a day of the first phone call. He was able to recommend an affordable product to keep the birds out once his team had cleaned out all the buildup. He even went so far as to put the birds nests in a tree, rather than just toss them aside. He took care of a bee's nest and replaced a pipe without adding to the original estimate. His price was affordable and fair! He sent me pictures along the way of the problem and how clean the gutters were now. There was no mess left behind and it was all done quickly and efficiently! He did not ask for a deposit, and payment was handled through Venmo without a problem. I would recommend New England Improvements to anyone looking for a job well done!"
