He arrived as promised and provided a very thorough and fair estimate for the work requested, which was re-roofing the house, a garage, an addition and a shed, adding a 27' section of gutter to my garage and replacing two skylights in my addition. He was professional and personable, as well as very knowledgeable. The estimate he provided was complete and fair. In addition, he provided a list of homes he had roofed (with shingle colors) so that I could get a good idea of the color in actual lighting conditions. I was very pleased with his interaction and have no doubt as to his capability. Unfortunately, you can only hire one firm and I opted for a different company but you should contact him for an estimate on your job. He is well established and would be competitive."

I had one issue and the owner promptly and generously addressed it to my full satisfaction. Recently, during a heavy downpour, one of the small gutters overflowed significantly. Thinking it was improperly installed, I called the company and the owner came out himself the next day! After inspecting the gutter, he determined the down spout and extender were clogged and had caused the problem. He cleaned it out and tested the flow. He diagnosed the problem correctly, to my chagrin. When I asked him how much I owed him, he refused to charge me. I had written an excellent review last year for their installation work but I just had to do a follow up review because that kind of customer service is extraordinary. The owner deserves super praise for his ethics and quality. If I need insulation in my house or more gutter repair, I will call Custom Insulation and recommend that anyone looking for gutter or insulation work call them."
