Alex showed up on time for our initial meeting, scoped the job and provided a price on the spot. He followed up that evening with a written quote sent via email and I accepted the proposal. Alex indicated it would be 3 weeks before he could start - but he was able to start in 2. When I asked about a deposit, he said he would require one AFTER the materials were received. He called 1 week in advance before materials arrived, and was at my home when they arrived to make sure they were in the right spot. He said the job would take a week - it took a week.
