"They showed up and completed the job on schedule. It rained one day and instead of leaving they waited in their trucks for hours for the rain to stop. "We had a lot of crumbling mortar in our basement walls and were worried about water getting in. Pro Mass Foundation and Masonry came in and did a fantastic job repointing everything. The guys were friendly, showed up on time, and kept us updated as they worked. Our basement looks solid now and we feel much more secure."

Ross was collaborative and communicative throughout all phases of the project, from sketching out designs to choosing materials to actually doing the work. His craftsmanship is excellent.
