"The job we contracted AN Masonry for was the removal of an existing deck to be replaced with a paver patio. Alex showed up on time for our initial meeting, scoped the job and provided a price on the spot. He followed up that evening with a written quote sent via email and I accepted the proposal. Alex indicated it would be 3 weeks before he could start - but he was able to start in 2. When I asked about a deposit, he said he would require one AFTER the materials were received. He called 1 week in advance before materials arrived, and was at my home when they arrived to make sure they were in the right spot. He said the job would take a week - it took a week. Every time there was a question during the work, he would stop and ask. No only am I really pleased with the quality of his work, the customer service received was exceptional. I would strongly recommend AN Masonry for any type of work they perform."

When finished adding material, the proceeded to grind down the entire floor to make sure it was flat enough for our new vinyl floors. Their quoted price was extremely good and more than fair. When contacted about the issue, dryzone sent out a tech who confirmed every issue. The company then refused to fix anything without a second opinion. A month after I filed a chargeback, the GM called to "apologize", and made it sound like he wouldnt contest the chargeback, but offered no remedy to the situation. He then contested the chargeback and lied on the chargeback rebuttal. Eventually they settled for a partial refund. Terrible company, dont recommend."
