He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. In 2008, after completing computer courses and certification in PC Support, I transitioned from the Mental Health field to working as a contractor/consultant for various companies, some short contracts and some longer term, while taking on occasional customers for my own business, Computer Tutor and Troubleshooter.
