Two movers came with a small van and were professionally and quickly able to fit more than I ever thought they could with space left in the van. They arrived hours before I did, but my roommate was able to let them in and I found all my things carefully placed in my new apartment. "The 3 gentlemen who did my move were fantastic--very professional, took great care with everything, and were very pleasant to deal with. Moving is always stressful, and due to a bad back and having to also move 2 cats, I wasn't able to pack everything myself. They were reassuring and finished up the packing, being so extremely careful with wrapping and boxing that, as far as I can tell (not having unpacked everything yet), nothing has been damaged. They even completed the move under the estimate! I'd had to change the date and type of move on short notice and am most grateful to the crew, Marcin and Landra for their patience and expert assistance. "I have bought appliances from Yale for 3 different houses over the past 15 years. Most recently bought over $65k worth of appliances because I had good experiences before. This time, one of the appliances - a Yale-branded icemaker - was broken out of the box at delivery. Asked to have it replaced, they said no - I had accepted delivery so they would have to repair it. They scheduled an appointment to do so, then canceled it because part was not available, and replaced with an appointment scheduled a month later (which they scheduled without asking if it worked.) I sat and waited, technician came and said part wasn't available, he knew he wasn't going to be able to fix it, but came anyway because there was an appointment. Looked over the unit, told me his supervisor would call that afternoon, and he left. No call. I called back the following Monday, and spoke to 2 different who said they weren't able to help, but a supervisor would call. When he did, he said they had no part for it, no eta for the part to be delivered, and had no units in stock to replace it, but that even if they did that wasn't covered by the warranty so too bad. No apology for the wasted appointment, and in a very dishonest way tried to say that the first appointment is always diagnostic, even though it was specifically rescheduled by them because part was backordered. Said that they deserved the opportunity to fix it instead of replace it, and when I told them they'd more than had that opportunity over a period of months, including the appointment they'd just had, he got upset and said a number of things that were offensive and that there was no path forward for resolution."

"I wish I could had the option to give this company ZERO stars! I have never ever posted a negative review. However, I thought it was necessary to warn people about this "company". I had a service done for Thanksgiving, a full cleaning, and tipped ahead of time generously. Still, my family was taken advantage of by this company. An outside contractor was hired to clean windows and tall appliances. This was not mentioned to me ahead of time, no information about this entire "cleaning" was emailed to me prior. During the time they were here, the contracted company broke an antique light fixture that we had in the home. I was very pleasant about it and contacted the owner of "A Star Quality Cleaning Services" afterwards. This was not the only issue that was found. After the girls rushed out of the home to get onto their next client (without providing a walk through as discussed), there were many rooms that still had areas left that were unclean. We had just moved into an older house and didn't expect it to be immaculate after. However, what transpired the following interactions with Tracy was the WORST I could ever imagine experiencing!!! I called and emailed afterwards with pictures to show the job that was done. She initially promised to come by a later date as she was out of town and we would arrange a time. I was promised a partial refund to make-up for the disappointing services and broken appliance. She told me a time and date, NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER CALLED BACK. She told me I was "playing games with her" when I had to reschedule because my grandfather passed away! The message I got from her after trying to reschedule was absolutely atrocious and unbelievable from a supposed business owner or human being. She did not show up purposely for some terrible vendetta. After months of trying to get ahold of them for follow-up or to fix what THEY BROKE I have been left aside. I hope no one ever has to go through this with them. For your sake, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!"

"Terrific! Had to move A LOT of heavy furniture to Utah. Best deal in town. These guys were really good too.. Everything went as they said. Price was way less than others in town were, and I called many. If ever I need this kinda move done I'll use New planet"
