After getting in contact with Kingsley improvements, they put my situation at the top of their list and had replaced my sump pump almost immediately! They were kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and took my sense of urgency seriously, when other companies wouldnâ t. "Awful. This job was half-assed, I just got home to this crap. I was not called in advance as your quote person had informed me. I was very clear that I need t know when it would be done to survise. He said I would be called ahead of time to let me know when there is a job near me and they would come afterward. I paid almost 8,000 dollars to have that patch broken into to install a sewage cleanout!!!!! THESE PEOPLE CAME TO MY HOUSE WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME AND COVERED THE SEWAGE CLEAN OUT WITH ALPHALT!!!!!!!!!!!! Then they came back and the pictures is the final work, beautiful ****."

"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"Carlos showed up quickly after the initial call and provided me with a quote. After few day he stopped by with another person who did the repointing within half a day. The next day Carlos stopped by to inspect the work and finished off few things. We are happy with the results of his work and we will consider hiring this company in the future."

"Once again, Ranieri Construction has gone above and beyond our expectations! We needed to have our inground pool patched and painted, and may I say Andrew (and Lou) did an outstanding job. My husband usually spends time (and $) at the beginning of the season making sure the water stays clean and clear. But patching up all the spots, and then painting the entire pool ensured the pool was so much easier to clean and keep clear on day 1. The improvements also made it easier to maintain the water balance and keep clean. Please consider these folks- they are prompt, detail oriented and very efficient. "I truly cannot express how AMAZING Carlos and his crew is and wish that I’d met him two years ago. We were at the tail end of a major renovation that we’d started with another contractor and it was full of all the horror stores that you’d expect; people not showing up, shoddy work, constant delays and more. We’d spoken with a bunch of other builders and had similar results; we were at our wits end and truly wished we’d never started this project that we’d long dreamed of doing. After reading Carlos’ reviews, I called him, resigned to the fact that this would be another frustrating dead-end and explained the status of our project; he came out the next day and sent two crews of carpenters the day after that. In four days, Carlos did what our previous contractor hadn’t been able to do in fourteen months! He fixed a ton of poorly done work (including a set of winding oak stairs- no small feat!) and finished our project in ways we could not have imagined a week ago. Literally every day, my wife and I would say to ourselves, “is this really happening?!” Our house looks amazing, the craftsmanship is incredible and we couldn’t be happier. All of his carpenters are excellent to work with, communicate their ideas clearly, and are extremely clean. They offered ideas as to best use the space without adding to the budget and even fixed things I hadn’t noticed were installed wrong by the previous contractor. They showed up on time, did their jobs well and I truly cannot thank them enough. Thank you Marceil, Marcellino and everyone else at Alcantara! I will literally never hire anyone but Carlos for any building needs and have already referred him to three friends that are looking to do projects ranging from building decks to large interior renovations.
