"Ryan contacted us with in minutes of the request and was at our home 3.6 hours later. The clog was very tough far down (30 feet) the kitchen sink drain. He used 3 pieces of equipment to finally break through the clog. We all thought it was clear, As we worked to melt the grease out by running slugs of hot water down, the clog reformed slowing the drain again and causing small backups downstairs. We let Ryan know. He came back today with liquid to melt the clog and re- rooted the drain to flush down the latent grease. We believe the drain is completely clear, but know Ryan is on the job.
