"This project moved along quickly and on schedule. The main office kept me informed of each process. Various crews came to install different parts; each were professional, courteous and always picked up their mess. Somehow all the parts came together perfectly. I am delighted with the experience and of course with the sunroom."

"Carlos and his team worked quickly and efficiently to install 4 ft high lattice fencing around my vegetable garden. After it was installed I realized it was way too tall for my backyard ( my fault for niot realizing this in advance). They returned promptly and cut the fence down to 2 ft. ( at a reasonable cost). Now it is just perfect and I love it. The team was pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company!!"

"They were responsive, flexible, and creative to solve the issues especially during COVID-19. They communicated well and did what they said, at a very fair price. Our awning repairs were well done and the new fabric looks wonderful. Thank you Dorchester Awning."

"We would definitely hire PAV Construction again for any home project. They were highly professional, on-time, on-budget, always very pleasant, and their work is OUTSTANDING! This was a major remodel of the entire downstairs of our home with wall removal and wall construction, new windows, doors, new kitchen, installation of hardwood floors throughout the first floor, rebuilding of staircase, hardwood flooring in the upstairs hallway, basement flooring and ceiling. The work exceeded our expectations!! it is absolutely beautiful! Pavlin, the owner, offered excellent suggestions for the remodel. His communication was incredible. He regularly kept us updated with texts and photos, and responded to any questions within the day. His crew was excellent as well as talented, hardworking and accommodating."

"They were a great team and we are very pleased with their professional work . Our life will be easier with a paved driveway! Thanks"

"Laurence and Fabiano were great! They came over and quoted the same day and finished the work just a few days later. They were friendly and worked within my schedule. I needed the bottom of my deck blocked off and I love the lattice work they did. Would definitely recommend!"

"Kreative Barns completed two projects for us and I highly recommend them as contractors. Their work is high quality and they are reliable. First, we renovated our primary bathroom, taking it down to the studs and re-designing with all new fixtures and tile, keeping our existing radiant heat intact. Everything went smoothly and quickly. The tiler is incredibly hard-working, skilled, and detail oriented. We are thrilled with the results. The second project was a replacement of our deck and screened porch with a larger 4-season sunroom and deck. This larger project also went smoothly from design, permitting and demolition all the way to the finish work. Konstantin is very knowledgeable. He communicated with us regularly and he provided excellent advice on all aspects of the project. The members of his crew are professional, courteous, and meticulous. We could not be happier with the finished project and would choose Kreative Barns again in the future."
