"Had Henry remove a 12-15 inch thick 5x5 slab of concrete that needed to be removed. He showed up very quickly and knocked it out in a few hours with cleanup and haul away. Very professional and keeps you updated the whole time. Highly recommend."

"I would highly recommend Robertâ s Home Improvement! We needed immediate deck repair and Carlos responded right away. When I told them our tight timeframe he was extremely accommodating and brought a crew out the same day to start working. They were fast and efficient, and everyone was so nice! "One of my tragic flaws is that I am a perfectionist. I believe it has served me well over my 50 years in the business world but it has resulted in some disappointments in performance by contractors over my lifetime. As a result of this flaw and the fact that I had never worked with Dorchester Awning, I was skeptical of whether the 16â by 12â permanent awning would come out as expected. In his case, the frame and awning far exceeded our expectations. They are beyond perfect. Furthermore, Dorchester is an absolute pleasure to deal with, from the owners to the installers. They were responsive, kept me well-informed of progress, and truly understood what the term â customer serviceâ means. "Pav and his crew replaced five sliding doors at our condominium in Ocean Edge, Brewster, MA. His workmanship was meticulous. He communicated with us before, during, and after the job by phone, text, and email to keep us informed about the progress of the job. Pav coordinated with Ocean Edge Management regarding the repair of portions of the building that were rotted out due to previous water damage and billed the management company for this portion of the job. We highly recommend Pav and plan to hire him in the future."
