"SCAM! They take your money and then cancel their phone line. After charging my credit card and arranging a time, I received a text 20 minutes before the appointment saying it was cancelled due to a "pro call off", whatever that means. When I tried to respond to reschedule, the number is no longer in service. When I tried to email asking for a refund, they refused to refund my credit card because their fine print says I can't reschedule withing 24 hrs of the appointment...even though THEY were the ones that cancelled it. I've emailed twice for a refund with no result. I'm now contacting the state's consumer fraud hotline."
