"I made the huge mistake of having my gutter installed by DaBella after their high pressure pitch. After the gutters were installed, the fascia board was left exposed to the elements. I contacted management to have this issue resolved, they said that was not covered or not is scope. The exposed fascia board was an issue they created and they refuse to do anything about it. I got absolutely nowhere with multiple calls and emails to the company. Please do not use this company. It will save you a lot of headaches."

"I had a FANTASTIC experience with LCT! It started with a prompt response from them, setting up an appointment the next day after a tree fell on my house. James came down and explained everything thoroughly and gave me some options. After talking to a few other vendors, I knew I wanted to go with LCT. Their pricing was better than the other quotes and James was great to work with. Before the crew started any work I met the owner, Luis, and knew I had chosen the right company. He was just as great as James, very thorough and let me know what would be happening. In addition to needing the roof replaced we also had some damage to rafters and decking to replace. After the job was complete, Luis did a thorough inspection of the work and made sure I was happy with everything. The crew did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the work. "NMTI (who we hired as Tru Blue Construction Inc) were superlative. Juan and Ramon were excellent communicators, answering all of our questions in a timely, professional, and endlessly patient fashion. Our project was a big one - our self-managed condo building had a severely leaky roof that needed a full replacement, including redoing a roof deck - and I imagine we were not the easiest clients since we had tons of questions and a lot of "cooks in the kitchen" with different owners and condo trustees weighing in. Juan and Ramon took it all in stride and were incredibly helpful for me in my role as project coordinator. Their team was clean, efficient, effective, respectful, and friendly. They worked both quickly and thoroughly, and were good to always keep me updated as the scope of the work evolved as we found new (but not unexpected or spurious) issues during the demo/rebuild process. Juan was an excellent advocate for us and our project when the city was slow to approve permits/send inspectors. It was a big and intimidating job for us as homeowners, and NMTI/Tru Blue made it feel much less overwhelming. "Very disappointed. We asked for triple pane windows, and someone on their end ordered double pane. Luckily we noticed day of installation, and they had to re-order the proper ones we signed for. Finally the group of installers who came did a horrible job. Trash, insulation, and broken glass on our front lawn. Horribly cut wood trim that we had to redo ourselves. Poor sealing that we need to redo. Our hopper window was misaligned and couldn't close. The hinge arm on our casement window has detached from the channel. Communication is spotty from them, and sometimes we don't get an answer by call or text until we message repeatedly. It took over a year to have our project done from contract signing to end, and there are still issues cropping up. Out of the dozen of contractors we've hired the past year and a half, they have been the most disappointing and for what we paid, the quality of work was truly disappointing."

"Called On top roofing for an estimate, it took several weeks to get back to us, got the estimate and agreed to have the work done. A few guy showed up one day and started working, we were not notified they were coming to work,good thing we were here that day. They did the job and left without ever communicating with us about the work. We did a walk around and discovered that some of the work was not completed. So called the company back and the owner came out to look at the job, he said it would be about another $100. To complete. We were not happy because this was supposed to be in the estimate we agreed on. The workers show up again unannounced and did the job. We then received a bill for $200. More, again this was not what was agreed upon when talking to owner. We were hoping to form a relationship with this company for future work, but that's not going to happen, there was no communication and even with a written contract they will somehow charge you more than agreed on."
