While working on my house he informed me if any dirties potential problems that may interfere with the substantial investment I was putting into this home improvement project. I was grateful for that information and was able to make the repairs needed. Upon completion of the project I was informed of any additional information I wanted to know for future reference. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."

"Al came out initially on time (early actually!) was exceptionally professional and gave a tiered quote on work that "needs" to be done and "could" be done with fair pricing. We scheduled the work for a later date and Al returned and did a fantastic job! He was punctual (again) and efficient-completing all the agreed upon work in a timely manner. He also plugged a hole in the back of our fireplace we didn't know about until we removed the wood burning stove and filled extra cracks on the chimney after capping it. I would definitely hire him again and have even referred him to some friends and relatives... 5+ stars from a very happy customer!"

"Before installing a mini-split, the sales person told me that I'd need to cut down an interior shelf to a specific height. I paid a handyman $400 to do exactly what the sales person instructed. Later on, N.E.T.R. came and did the installation; however, AFTER the installation, a technician told me that they hadn't accounted for the vent opening and closing and that the shelf would need to be further cut down. As you can imagine, this type of service is rather ridiculous. If they knew that the shelf would need further cutting, they should have NOT installed the unit. I have called N.E.T.R. six (6) times in three weeks, and no one has called me back about this issue. After paying for the unit and for a handyman, it's ridiculous that I have AC that is compromised because no one with the company thought to properly measure the space so that the work by the handyman could be done once. At this point, I'd like for N.E.T.R. to take care of this for me."

The crew lead by Dan worked wonders for our front walkway. First started out on a Friday 9/12 preparing the area to be worked and finished an amazing, outstanding job on Monday 9/15. They worked each stage of this project, taking their time, taking care of all areas to what I call awesome. I am sure I will be working with Travers again, because of their outstanding work."
