I had asked to schedule when they could do the job and said they could do it that day, THIS WAS NOT A RUSH/EMERGENCY, but I gave the go ahead because I just wanted this project done. There was no drilling involved (in the well and the wall to drain out). They replaced the sump pump and installed a new drain pipe in the well and attached it to the existing drain in my cellar wall.
