It was a tough and dirty job, but the BRJ crew handled it with aplomb. Once work began it proceeded quickly and smoothly, finishing in about two working weeks, which was amazing considering the amount of work that needed to be done on this project. Ben and Neil and the rest of the crew were totally professional and a joy to work with, going above and beyond, even tackling some adjacent concerns while still coming in on time and under budget(!). The final product speaks for itself: rock solid, looking great (like a whole new room, really), and a pleasure to use now. Highly recommended!"

We talked and she said she would get back to me the resolution, she never did. I paid for the old install fully $15k. I later got a call from the production manager demanding a new check for $10,000. They told me that the check I gave them was lost. I checked my bank statement and they had already cashed the check. I would never recommend this company."

There were delays that no one could have foreseen because the supplies were impossible to get for months- but that was no oneâ s fault, no one could have guessed we would be in a pandemic, and that the demand for pools would go up so much. So, even though there were delays, we understood, and Gibraltar did everything the could to get our pool built as quickly as possible and to make sure it was open for the summer season of 2021- and it was. I was sad to see reviews that said they took too long- I honestly just donâ t think it was fair. Who could have foreseen the impacts of a pandemic? So, for us, the delays were what they were, and we appreciated that they did all they could, with what they had to work with, and kept up updated along the way. I would highly recommend Gibraltar to anyone who wanted to put in an awesome above ground pool and have superior customer service."
