He is a jerk and we will be calling a lawyer....Dave Lessard is the one we dealt with
Description of Work: He was alright at first and then completely screwed us over. He put a big hole in our ceiling to dry the wood...the hole is still there well over a month now....he had one of his guys come up to tarp the roof and the guy ruined the good half of the roof so now we need a whole roof replacement...good thing we didn't give him any money yet...he keeps demanding the check but we aren't paying someone when no work was done

Description of Work: My cellar was flooded from several pipes bursting . there was aprox. 8'' of water. Mold set in rapidly . The place was a disaster. I called Paul Davis from a recommendation from Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. The flood occurred on a weekend and I received rapid ,professional response. I spoke to the mitigation supervisor who was patient in answering my questions and articulate in explaining everything that needed to be done. The cleanup was quick and through. Drywall was removed and the rug was pulled up. The cellar floor was scraped, tack strip removed. The insurance company is paying for the damage.

They did a good job at texturing the ceiling and painting. Communication with the group wasn't so good.
Description of Work: They came out to do the restoration following a flood. They repaired the ceiling and walls, did a lot of painting and are supposed to be putting insulation back in the basement.

They did all the mitigation they did arrive fast that night like Ghostbusters. When it came time to put together an estimate for work to be done to fix the house they were a little out of whack, as thought something wasn't quite right. We just couldn't put our finger on it. They put pressure on us to use their restoration group which we didn't.
Description of Work: My insurance company called Paul Davis when I had a flood. They were here an hour later with big fans and dehumidifiers. Doing the mitigation getting the house as dry as possible. They cut holes in walls getting rid of the wet stuff.
